After your order is complete, it takes us 1-3 business days to process your order and get it ready for the shipping center.
Once the order is shipped, please allow 1 business days for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status. After that period, you can track your order at your country’s post website.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided a wrong shipping address.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages unless you have purchased Priority Insured Shipping. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier. FREE STANDARD SHIPPING(Direct Flights)
$3 includes tracking number and Insurance for that your product is lost / damaged / or stolen If your product is lost / damaged / or stolen, we will ship you another one free.
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return unused products in original condition, in original packaging for a refund. Please email to firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number before sending any product back to our warehouse. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For orders below $50, we will deduct $5.99 from the refund. For orders above $50, we will deduct reasonable freight charges according to the actual situation.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS FOR CONDITIONS
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, if the product has the following problems, we will allow the refund or exchange of the product (The premise is that the product has not been any damage or disassembly) :
(1)The product cannot be used.
(2)The product must be in the same condition that you received it and also be in the original packaging.
(3)The product does not match the description on the website.
If you meet the above criteria, you can record a video to prove that the product doesn't work. And sent it to email@example.com. Once we confirm that the products cannot work, we will refund or exchange them. These problems will be solved within 3 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Generally, the refund amount will reach the account within 1-8 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

CANCELATION BUT NOT SHIPPED
Your order will be issued as soon as possible after your purchase, so you will be charged a 5% processing fee.
CANCELATION BUT PRODUCT HAS BEEN DELIVERED (UNUSED)
Within 14 days of receipt of your order, you may return the unused product(s).
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances, and in the same packaging and condition that you received it
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
And you will be charged up to 25% restocking fee. (this is withheld from refund)
DELIVERY PROBLEMS CLAIMS
If the customer provide wrong address, or the customer doesn't pick the item within correct period, the item is return back to our manufactory. In this case, we will ship another product or refund to our customer.
1. Ship another new product to our customer: we need to charge 5-10 dollar to resend immediately no matter we receive the returned item.
2. Refund 50% payment if we receive the returned product. And we need to deduct the shipping fee.
SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS
We are proud of our products, but we can't control the shipment. In some extreme cases, the item you receive may be damaged during transportation, so you should check the item in good condition when receiving it. If the unfortunate thing really happens, please provide us with the Photo or video and contact us at email@example.com. Notice: we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 14 days from receipt of products.
